Hello everyone. Over the past 9-10 months I have been studying real estate investing day in and day out. I’ve read countless books, listened to dozens of hours worth of podcast, and talked with others to help develop my own skills in the trade. I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that I’ve felt more gloomy and distant than I have in a while. After deep thoughts and self reflection , I’ve realized it’s come down to working. I currently work anywhere from 64-85 hour weeks, every week (which I don’t mind doing since it’s allowing me to save money for the next deal). My issue is, I want to work in a way that would benefit me being a Real Estate Investor. I currently work in the healthcare/ firefighting field and would love to switch to something that’s going to bring tons of value to myself and those around me over the upcoming years. So my question to my fellow BP friends is this....

If you were new to the game and had the chance to work directly in the real estate space (without becoming an agent), what would you try to do?

Thank you everyone and stay safe!

@Dave Spooner

Thank you for the recommendation. It’s a single family home, so I assume they’d be able to handle that

Hello all. I currently live in the Cincinnati area , but I’m looking to invest in Dayton properties due to its lower house values compared to where I currently live. I was wondering if there are any investors in Dayton with any tips or feedback on the area. I see the property taxes are fairly high also. I would be purchasing multi family properties, so I was also curious on what the rental scene looks like both price and demand wise. I appreciate any and everything! Thanks ahead of time!

Hello! My name is Martez Mitchell. I recently found a passion for real estate investing. I have been reading multiple books, listening to biggerpockets podcast, and done many hours worth of research in regards to purchasing and bringing in passive income from rental property investments. I live in the Cincinnati, OH area. As i am new, and understand references are a powerful tool in this industry, I was curious if anyone knew of good investment oriented real estate agents that operate in/ close to my city. I’m searching on my own for some, but I figured it can’t hurt to get some possible tips/references from the pros! I appreciate any recommendations or comments, and I wish everyone luck in their current/future investment work! Thank You!
