I have a home that I have under contract to wholesale, I am really having trouble finding a buyer I needs plenty of work and the area isn't that great I'm just trying to help the owner.

Hello I have a meeting with a potential buyer in a few days, I plan on wholesaling this property. What questions should I ask her? I have a P&S c ok contract I downloaded online. Are their any other contracts i need? Should i have a title company in mind? What are my next steps after we agree on a sale price
