Sorry, didn't know the rules for posting so I went off of someone else post.  My girlfriend owns the house and is looking to sell because she moved in with me.  The house is currently listed for 199,000 but she is willing to negotiate.  The address for the house is 1637 Garfield St, Ferndale, Mi 48220.  Here is a link to the zillow listing with photos.
