Thanks! I have everything from a realtor, lender, tax and credit specialist, contractor etc... wondering if it will be worth it to invest here in Houston versus Chicago. Would love to hear people's experiences. If you all have any meetup.com groups let me know!

I like the course, Jemal did a great job at putting all the various information into one spot... I think he naturally has an optimistic point of view when it comes to real estate and forcing equity into distressed properties. But overall, I don't regret it taking the course. As of now I am in the process of gaining capital and doing more research but this is the greatest resource I have as of now...
