Hey, BiggerPockets experts and specialists! I'm a new Realtor in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, area, and I wanted to know if anybody can share any upcoming events or meetups with me.

Does anybody know, or can someone give me some insight? I'm aiming to learn where I can go within a given municipality that shares or provide notice to the public about the new housing or commercial development projects awaiting.  

Set on the agreed-upon terms, I begin to pay the seller in installments(plus points) and pay off his existing mortgage relatively. Neither party is gaining any funds from an institutional bank. I assume that's what you're saying, but why do they use the phrase "seller takes back the loan"?.   

I would really appreciate it if anyone can convey to me this strategy of seller financing. I understand the concept, but I'm stuck discerning the step where the seller “takes back the loan” if there is no financial institution involved in the process. How does a seller issue you a loan?

What are the best sources to receive local real estate data I.e( market inventory, average days, median sale price, etc)? Sources not subject to subscriptions are preferred. 

If the seller consider carrying financing. Is this beneficial? If so, How does buyers benefit from this transaction?

Thank you, and that’s awesome where can I find that book I might ask? I would love to read it. And yeah I would love hear your story in how you got started. Maybe grab a bite to eat, or cup of coffee. I know it’s not ideal going out, and just meeting a stranger. It’s not the greatest. If you do find time I’m all ears, I wouldn’t be messaging you right now if I wasn’t so passionate about learning real estate investing, hopefully one day becoming financially free.

Oh no! Slate House Group! If I’m not mistaken I rented from one of your properties over there in York PA. It wasn’t the best apartment, but it definitely motivated me to want to get a property of my own.
