Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Little Rock.

Purchase price: $55,000

Bought from a wholesaler for $55,000 while making a $5,000 commission, with an active tenant paying $800 a month. With a property value close to $95,000.

Cash invested: $80,000

Bought a single family on a double lot, rehab the one existing home. Building a new construction home on the second lot on the property. Which will be turned into another rental when its completed!
