Hi All,

We're investors in the DC Area but we'd like to start buying rental properties in Baltimore and rent them out to Section 8 tenants.  Can someone tell us about their experience doing this?  What were the pros/cons?  What are the little known facts that we should be aware of to be successful?  We truly appreciate any feedback!!
