Hi, I was wondering what change, modification or addition would bring the most value to a rehabbed/flipped house?

Thanks

Orders are SSL encrypted. We use Stripe to process our orders, and do not ever store credit card information.

However, all our books are also available for purchase from Amazon, if you would be more comfortable purchasing on their site.

So if I buy on BiggerPockets, is it's also safe?

I want to buy a  book on the BiggerPockets website but I do not know if it is safe or not? Can someone tell me if it is safe and a good way to buy the book?

Thanks

With that said, in real estate you can negotiate anything into a contract...I'm sure a staging company would sell their furniture for the right price and markup...

Do buyers in general prefer houses with furniture or without?

Should the cost be a lot higher if the house is sold with furniture?

I was reading a blog and it said that the guy hired a GC.

What is a GC?
