Looking to invest out of state and Indianapolis is one of the area's I happened to come across. Anyone care to share their experience in the area with investing in SFR detached and (2 to 4 unit) Multifamily homes.

My primary focus is using the BRRR strategy, and if I happen to come across an opportunity to flip a property then i'm also open to that.

Wanted to get some valuable input from fellow investors and because many of you are opening to helping .  I'm here to also help, I live in the San Francisco Bay area and are very familiar with majority of the cities here. If you're needing help with gathering housing market data for a certain area here I can help provide that for you. Simply just message me.

Sorry to hear your'e in this situation. I would contact the agent's broker and explain your situation. From my experience going directly to the agents broker usually gets some forward momentum. Also I would consult with your Realtor friend's broker/office manager and ask for their advice, if they've been in the business for a long time they should be able to provide with the best way to move forward.
