We formed an LLC and I am funding the business with a loan. We are buy and hold investors. I don't think I understand your question...

Hello,

I would like advice regarding a BRRR strategy business partnership and how others may (or would) structure. An LLC was formed with 2 partners with 50/50 ownership. One partner loaned the LLC the start up cash - an unsecured10 year balloon loan at 1% interest. The "loan granter" is also responsible for accounting, taxes and "landlording" when buildings are rented. The other partner is responsible for construction and rehab, and managing the subs.

Is a 50/50 split of the business fair to each partner? How have others structured their partnerships?

Thanks!

Hi All!  Thanks again for the info!

Looking for the best deal to for a prototype plan to establish a solo401k. I am qualified and would like to roll my promissory notes from my SDIRA with LLC/checkbook control at IRA Trust Services into a solo401k. I'd like to use a Fidelity Brokerage account... Please contact me directly with fees, I am very knowledgeable having worked in field..

Thanks!

Hi,

Great discussion!

Question for the experts... I hold 2 promissory notes in my SDIRA. I have a great custodian, but I'm wondering if I can roll the notes over into a Solo 401k and avoid all the nickle and dimeing from my current custodian?

Thanks in advance!
