Apartment Investors, Operators Expect a Great Year. Here’s Why

Awesome!!! Seems like Zoom is the best way to collaborate with everyone. I will wait until next week to schedule the meet up, in hopes of having more people join us! Have a great weekend everyone!

We can do in person if desired, or perhaps meet via Zoom. It would be an opportunity to meet likeminded people and collaborate. He has bought and sold many houses of the years. His desire was to skip the headache of lenders and underwriting. He's taking a small cut for the convenience but he said it is worth it! Do you prefer a cash offer = less net, or financed offer = more net & possible hiccups along the way?
