@Michael Volek My mortgage is high and renting my single home family would only provide $52.00 dollars in cash flow according with the Bigger Pockets calculator.

Hi to all!

I am thinking of selling my first home, take the equity and move to a mobile home until finding a good deal on a multi family home in the central FL area which is been pretty challenging to find. Any thoughts? Thanks for sharing in advance!

Also, what are the thoughts on live online classes vs on your own schedule.
