She's offering to help me out with comps. then she threw out the statement , that she will help me out in any way that I need help. Me being very new at this I really don't know what to ask her . I did hear that I should ask her for pocket listings, a list of housings that have been sitting on the market for over 90 days , the MLS listings , as well as cops. But I just don't know what else to come at her with. Is that enough for me starting out? I guess I'm asking what would you more experienced gentlemen and ladies ask a realtor / broker in this position .

today I am going to talk to a realtor who's also a broker. I'm just starting out and wholesaling and eventually wanting to buy and hold. What are some questions that I need to ask her?

I'm on the find comps now site and as I was pulling up some comps, i saw towards the bottom where it says cash buyers, private lender and retail. What does that mean. I'm asking because I pulled some comps around my neighborhood and a cash buyers name came up and it is a friend of mine!

I think taking a look at his bio and gleaning from the 41 yrs of experience is what I was looking at. I'm being mentored by him for 3 months. I'm gonna work my butt off to make this investment I made work for me. I'll keep you guys posted.

I just acquired a mentor yesterday. I am really wanting to get into real estate investing and read in several books and articles about being mentored. I found someone here in my area and to get started with him was $2995. He gave me tons of material to study and about 10-15 leads. I'm wondering is this normal or did I make a mistake?
