@Dave Skow Thank you for the insight and information. I recently reached out to TD Bank, who offers HELOC's on investment properties. I will also checkout some local credit unions and smaller banks as you suggest. Thank you again!

@David Clinton III

The issue I'm having with that is all the banks I've contacted so far do not do HELOC's on investment properties.

Hi BP Pro Community,

I need some advice! I have an investment property (Single Family Property in a LLC) that has about $150k-$200k of equity. My loan is a VA loan for 30yrs with a rate of 2.25%. I have tenants in a 2 year lease and the property is cash flowing $1,300 per month before variable expenses. What would be the best option to tap into that equity so I can purchase another property?

I came across a fix and flip foreclosure. Should I get an agent to help with the buying/selling process or use the seller's agent provided by the bank?

I agree with you both. The one thing that concerns me is the massive job layoffs down here. The airline, cruise, and hospitality industry plans to layoff thousands of employees. All these layoffs and furloughs to major company's/industries may affect the RE market. Only time will tell!

Good Morning BP Community,

I have noticed a lot of Multi-Family Properties are coming to the market here in South Florida. I would like to get some thoughts on this. Pre-Covid, there was a lack of inventory, now the inventory seems to be increasing. Could this be a sign of a downturn or are investors selling to upgrade? Thoughts?
