Check with Pinnacle Bank in Cheyenne. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

@Randy Bloch the property will appraise a lot higher than what I am purchasing it for. We're are talking approximately $50k. I considered your strategy, but would not benefit from that equity. My strategy is a BRRRR concept that fits this deal.

Hey BP,

Next week I am closing on a cash-out refi. I am using the equity from the re-fi to purchase a twin home, but I am $16K short from buying the property out-right. The price for the twin home (FSBO) is $258k and I am putting $242k towards it. What are some creative, yet simple ways to finance the $16K? Thank you in advance!

Anyone ever screen a tenant through SmartMove on rentlaw.com. If so, I’d like to get your feedback. Or, a recommendation for another website that screens potential tenants.

Hello,

Looking for Buy and Hold Investors with interests in the New Bern, NC area. The property, 435 Foxhunt Ln. Havelock NC, is ideal for a Buy and Hold investor; but a Fix and Flip investor works too. The property is located approximately 1 mile from MCAS Cherry Point's front gate. The property is currently tenant occupied and it cash-flows.  If interested call me for additional details at (307)316-4870, or (307)757-8482.
