I'm trying to work some pre foreclosures in my area and was wanting to check see if there were any liens on some of the properties I'm looking at. In Georgia there is a subscription service that ties all the Deeds together. I'm having difficulty working through it and was wondering if anybody in Georgia know how to work it. Thanks in advance

the title pretty much says it all I'm looking for a good real estate attorney in Gwinnett County or Hall County I live in Buford thank you

hmm I think it may be the  touching the galvanized steel of this old prefab house.  All all of the fixtures have been replaced in the last year oh where the copper touches the steel there is a green corrosion to it. A question I have now is how do you insulate a crawl space? Are you talking about just the floor joists?
