I think a lot will depend on how widespread working from home becomes and what effect on the surrounding areas it will have if the commercial district of the city doesn’t bounce back.  I spoke with a store manager last week down on Chestnut St., Center City and he was of the opinion that a lot of the stores in the area would not be coming back.  I don’t know how informed his opinion was tho.

Hi all,

I've started taking online classes to get my realtor's license here in Philly and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for investor-friendly brokers in the area?  I will only be using this license to assist with flipping - no interest in being a real estate agent otherwise - so I'd prefer to work under a broker that respects my intentions, doesn't require additional work, doesn't charge astronomical fees, etc...  Thanks for any advice/referrals!
