Thanks I already have my salesperson license. I wanted some of the money makers expertise, would you do a CS degree first than invest or house hack, than CS degree invest all the money.

Thanks. I read the book. One of my favorites. I wrote the trust and got that done myself. I plan on going into technoligical law, & I have my salesperson license so I am a CA real estate agent. I just want some better ideas someone might have. than the CS degree or house hack than CS degree and invest like crazy.

Hello, I recently got a $500,000 (full equity) condo in California and $200,000 cash. I am 21, have a 751 credit score. No Job, but planning to get a Computer Science degree as a margin of safety & then use it to excel my work in real estate.

I want to have real estate as a business around my life that can cover the expenses for my family. What's my best plan to build my life and family. Thank you all very much.
