I would like to know what did you guys do first when you first started wholesaling? For example, did you establish your bring mainly website, social media presence, order business cards, virtual phone numbers etc or did you just jump out there?

I am interested in learning how to wholesale properties. So far, I would like to talk about how repairs are calculated when working a wholesale deal. I know you can call contractors in order to get estimates however they are not just going to keep giving you estimates. Is there a formula for calculating repair cost via square footage of a house?
