We sold our house recently. Our parents paid 10K for the plans to build it in 1975.  Do I offer to sell the plans to the new owner or give them?  What should price be if purchased.  There are many rolls of paper plans.

Thank you.

Our trustee had me sign to accept sale of our house sale under contract but he added a sentence that I agree to 5% realators commision. I told him about the new realator commision refund law taking affect in Aug 17 in CA. Is what I signed reversable using the 3 day recind law?  I consent to selling the house but not waiving my rights to the new realator commision refunds coming.  Did the trustee break any laws helping the realator and hurting the beneficiary?

Thank you for your time. good answer. I will try to find such a person.

The trustee did a premature appraisal before staging and before new paint, new carpets, new furnature, and these are the results.

House is at Belmont, CA  180deg. View of SF Bay

2.40M (1st appraisal) 2.45M LIST (+400K) = 2.855M OFFER

2.65M (2nd appraisal) 2.70M LIST (+400K) = 3.15M OFFER ??

Seven offers, the second top offer of 2.855M was accepted by trustee (I have yet to accept) or relist for possibly higer (3.15M?) The house has been on the market two weeks and is sold with a earnest depost of 40%. The first appraisal was used to set the list price.

Thank you for your educated opinion.
