Hello,

I am a new grad out of college with no debt and emergency fund secured. I will be working full time at my job and want to add some rental properties to my portfolio. I am in it for the long term and am willing to take risks while I am young. I want advice and pointers on how maybe to do something with real estate on the side or what to look for in rental properties. I'm excited to learn and get started. Thanks!
