@Karen Jackson

Sorry to hear that Karen, I would wait for her to make it to the location and express your frustration and concern about changing out the locks and see how she respond before going thru the court. I know that in Arkansas we have to pay fees in order to evict a tenant. Good luck

@Bob Prisco

You correct Bob, I got suckered into one of the seminars hoping to get more information about different ways to locate great investment properties, but it was the same information that I already knew. I paid $297 for it and wasted 3 days going back and forth to the seminar. I’ve read a lot and was able to find more information from this site. This site is actually a goldmine.

Good day everybody, I purchased my 1st property and currently have a person that’s interested in purchasing. Does anybody have a lease agreement that would protect me if something happens?

I also encourage you to join the local Real Estate Investors Association. Our website is www.carreia.com. The next meeting is next Thursday the 14th. We have a national speaker coming so it should be a good one. Look for specific time and location details on the website.

What are you investment goals? Feel free to call, text, or email if you have specific questions.
