Hi everybody! I’m new to the community and moved from Germany to the US three years ago. I’m really excited about real estate in the US. It’s so much more profitable than in Europe where the average ROI is 2%. My family and I recently relocated from Houston to Michigan to be closer to my wife’s family. We recently started investing and I’m devouring BiggerPockets books, podcasts and newsfeeds. It’s an awesome resource. I was hoping to connect with investors in the Detroit metro area. I would appreciate advice and insights about the market. How to get in touch with wholesalers, acquire foreclosures and get insights about developing areas. I can offer advice in construction and construction management. I’m also a union electrician, have a degree in electrical engineering with a PE license. Feel free to ask if you need advice, or an opinion. I want to give back to the community. I’m excited to join the investor family and would love to get connected. Have a great weekend. Mark

Hi everybody!

I’m looking for a reliable contractor in the Detroit metro area to rehab a home in a historical district.

I prefer reliable and quality over dirt cheap and sloppy.

Does anybody have any leads?

Thanks!
