I am a new investor and I'm trying to find properties/homeowners in distress.  So I want to hire a researcher that can pull all kinds of records such as code violations, owners behind in water or tax bills, estates, divorces, etc.

Hello,

I am an investor and new to Bigger Pockets.  I am looking to hire a Court Records Researcher in Georgia.  Does anyone know of such a person(s) who could pull records for me preferably in Forsyth, Gwinnett and Hall counties.  I would pay then for their services.
