Property is a 7.9% cap rate on actuals, with upside to charge for the covered parking on the property (9.8% PF).

First time going into contract in the Cleveland area, and was wondering whether anyone has any property inspectors they'd recommend for a multifamily building on the west side of Cleveland. Getting a bit overwhelmed thinking about the Due Diligence period!
