I am starting out in real estate and trying to learn as much as possible as well as find opportunities to invest.  I would like to know what skills I can learn, or what value I can provide, to build relationships with industry pro's, both online and locally. 

Hey everyone, I am looking forward to sharing my real estate  journey with you guys, here on BP.  I live in The Dalles Oregon, but currently travel for work. I am looking to invest in rentals and live off passive income. This may be in my home town, but seeing as I travel am in a unique position where I can personally feel out local markets across the country, and may invest elsewhere. For the moment I am simply learning as much as I possibly can, and hopefully sharing some of my experiences so you can learn a little from me.
