depending on how your brewery is set up, the debt on it may hinder your ability to purchase. I.E. K1 for amount of liabilities. Also how much combined debt do you and your fiancé have? There's a bunch of properties in the Tacoma area under 200, but how good is the areas they are in

Any insight on the market in Glendale Az, specifically near Arrowhead Golf course? I'm thinking of buying a sfh as a rental there

the quote is right and wrong at the same time. Generally speaking people who make more money are smarter with the way the invest it in non taxable or post tax dollars meaning tax free growth. Sure you could borrow money, but it works on a sliding scale. You don't want to borrow so much as to put yourself in a situation where you can't afford the loan/liability. People who make less borrow more because they need the flexibility of credit. Look up Ray Dalio and the economic machine, it's a fantastic illustration of credit, business and debt cycle

sometimes it's just much easier and more cost effective to have them just move as fast as possible and get new tenants in.

it ended up being bought by an investment company, they did a pretty nice remodel and it just hit market for 440k.

I'm just about to finish reading my first book on real estate and was curious if anyone else read it and what they thought about it,it's called the Automatic Millionaire. I have the E Myth next on my list, any other recommendations?

what they paid for the property doesn't necessarily reflect the value of the property.
