 Thanks for the response! It was weird and wouldn't let me put Temecula (my actual location) and only recommended Riverside. Where might I find these meet ups?

     Hey all, I'm ashamed to say, I've been a part of BP for almost two years and have yet to introduce myself! So not-so-new member, but ready to get active. Analysis paralysis has been real, and have been using every excuse not to start. I'm done with that! I'd love to partner up with somebody who has experience. 

What can I bring to the table? I've got excellent credit and stable W2 so I can be a borrower, have money to use from a HELOC, and a drive and desire to get in the game that has been burning for over two years that has only grown my resolve! If you're doing work in southern california, I'm willing to jump in and help your operation with the only pay being the knowledge I gain while working with you. I learn VERY quickly and don't shy away from getting dirty when I need to. I am currently double majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Business. If it sounds like I can be an asset, please reach out! I'll continue analyzing deals out-of-state in the meantime.
