Yes, I'm a GC. Property in this particular neighborhood is going for around $85 sqft and I have a subs that have qouted me around $50k on 10projects simoultanesly. Therefore, I was just playing with the numbers based on what Brandon Mentioned in his webinars. I've gotten proficient in the rental calculator so I thought the BRRRR strategy may be good on new construction but was a but confused by inf% for cash on cash.

Hey, I'm attempting to use the BRRRR Calculator on a new construction project. So, im afraid i'm not inputting data correctly as INF% appears on the refinance portion of cash on cash. Has anyone ran into this issue?
