I am in the process of establishing my LLC and I am interested in setting up a business line of credit for the corporation. I wanted to ask if anyone here could recommend a bank or financial institution where I could get the best deal?

Thanks in advance!

Hello, everyone! My name is Mark Dixon and I became a Real Estate investor a little over a year ago. I joined a group called Real Estate Riches and I have been very happy with my decision.

I was looking for a job when I heard about Real Estate Riches and, having known a few people in the past who were RE Investors, I decided to get into the business. I have always been the entrepreneurial type (I was a lousy employee.) and saw that with this economy, there was/is a huge opportunity to create a successful REI based business.

The US literally hasn't seen a housing market like this since the Great Depression and we aren't likely to see it again in our lifetimes. Many, many millionaires were created during the Depression and we have a very similar opportunity now. Not only are housing prices down nearly 15-20 percent but mortgage rates are near historic lows.

I am excited to be in this business, particularly at this time in our history. It can be nerve wracking, frustrating and maddening at times, but you just can't overlook the enormous potential REI has right now! I very much look forward to working with and learning from the members of this website! Thanks for your time!
