Completed Renovations: 

Exterior- After cleaning, and replacing all rotten wood, a new coat of paint (Farrell-Calhoun Urban Putty) will be added to the house, along with white trim (Farrell- Calhoun Brilliant White)

Window Repair- Check all windows, ensure proper function, locking mechanisms,and wood. Replace broken glass if necessary

Pressure Wash- Clean dirt and other debris off of the exterior of the home.

New Mailbox- Iron post mailbox

HVAC- New Condenser

Plumbing repair- Check for proper functioning plumbing. Repair/replace where needed.

Rekey- Rekey all exterior doors to the property

Electrical Repair- Perform a hot check to see if all outlets are in working order.

Interior Paint- (Farrell Calhoun- Urban Putty) throughout the house, and Farrell Calhoun Premium Semi-Gloss in 601 Brilliant White on all trim throughout the house. Sheetrock will be repaired on all walls beforehand.

Kitchen Repair- Paint cabinets (Farrell- Calhoun 0557 ”Evermore”), New Formica Counter tops in black galaxy (granite look)
