Hey Paul,

Given several of Fredericksburg's local ordinances and zoning laws regarding STR, as I am not a local, I'd like to partner with an STR friendly realtor who is familiar with the local market.

Would love to drive around and look for sale signs, but unfortunately that is not currently an option.
