Need help guys. Divorced couple has a pre-foreclosure home. The couple moved out of the home but the wife’s in-laws live in the home. The husbands name is on the deed but not on the home loan. Wife is willing to wholesale home. How should we proceed with this matter.

@Heath Ryans Hey Heath sorry for the question being vague. I have only 4 bills in collections as basically paying on time with my student loans is what’s hurting my credit. I’m planning on using some of my tax refund to pay off the collections and to catch up on my student loans
