Thank you very much and I take on board your request.

I have spent much of my career in Sofia, Bulgaria involved in property development. I

worked on a mixed use project that ended up being completely sold out before the foundations were sunk. (Those were the days) I am currently residing in Spain and my investment goals include aquiring cessation of debt properties here.

The question is when are these properties at rock bottom!!!

We currently have access to Riads in Marrakech that require some work. Also joint ventures in a residential development in Tangier.

I own a real estate company specialising in overseas property, primarily for investment.

I have been active in many emerging markets ie. Bulgaria & Morocco.

My primary focus at the moment is Calabria in southern Italy and Istanbul in Turkey. I have some really interesting deals in both locations, but also have clients interested in deals in elsewhere.

Hopefully I can add to my knowledge with savvy realtors and investors within this forum and am looking forward to the experience!
