Anyone have experience with the cares rent relief program landlord property certification? A tenant of mine just sent me an application asking me if I would fill it out and send it in. I have never accepted section 8 or been registered for any other government program. Any insight would be helpful?

How is the rent roll? I chose to operate business as usual. I did not send out a notice to tenants, I did not discuss Covid19 Unless I was contacted first. Extremely pleased with this months rent roll. About 85% of the rent is in with only one that has not communicated with me. 37 units total.

@Anthony Wick I have received about 85% of rent with all of the rest on a payment plan. We did not discuss covid 19 or send a company letter... unless they contacted me first. Business as usual.. best practice. Deal with tenants that are struggling on a case by case basis.
