We are looking for someone with substantial experience to help us find, rehab, and sell homes in Racine, Kenosha, and/or Milwaukee. We currently buy approximately 10 homes a month in Illinois. We would like to buy at least 50 properties a year in Wisconsin. 

We buy 1-20 unit properties to flip. We have flipped 500 properties. We are also looking for partners. C+ neighborhoods and higher. 

I was CEO/Founder of Jordan Capital Finance, which we recently sold to Blackstone. I just raised $1 billion (for real) to buy SFR, small apartments, and new construction nationwide. In addition, we will provide preferred equity to strong, local rehab investors.

I need to hire the "A" Team, first in Chicago! I Need someone for chief operating officer (or possibly President), head of construction, and acquisitions. I need the best, smartest, most successful, hardest working people, with outstanding experience and success. Thanks
