I too, seen it as expensive.... Especially, after checking comps.

I agree it being expensive, I've checked the comps and seen better mhp for cheaper....

I took a trip to tampa to see a mobile home, ended up with mhp for sale. Asking price 1.7m cap rate 11, 18 lots(14 occupied mh parked owned), septic/ city water... I wanted to get a second opinion....

I received two free Mobile Homes and all i have to do is remove it, i already have a end buyer and is willing to remove it. My issue is what do i do next with the seller/ or what type of paperwork or agreement i need to have set in place two lock this end?
