Seeking recommendations for a Property Manager for a 3br/2ba house in N. Lacey starting in Feb/Mar 2021. This neighborhood rents quickly and consistently to military renters, with swift turnover about every 2-3 years per tenant. This low-maintenance, instant cash-flow property will kick off my real estate investment portfolio, with future properties to be added in years ahead. Thank you in advance for any insight you may be able to provide on this.
