Lee, I'm also attending, but only because it's free.  Please be cautious, I've experienced these types of events before.  There will probably be a lot of examples of highly profitable deals, people getting rich and the phrase; "there's never been a better time to get into real estate."  This is all about selling their educational products.  First by offering a weekend seminar for a small fee, but at these seminars they only give a vague overview of concepts and engage in high pressure sales tactics to sell their high priced real estate courses. 

Anyways, the bottom line is enjoy the free stuff, but don't spend any money until you've thoroughly researched the company.  Just my 2 cents, hope to see you there.
