Hi Michael. I also recently moved to South Bend from Kansas City. Currently in the research phase of my investing career and looking to expand my network of contacts in the area.  Hoping to get involved in the next few months on my first deal.

@Ayodeji Kuponiyi, thanks for the welcome. I plan on doing everything I can to get educated. I actually started with the podcast a week or so ago. Only in the 20's, so I have quite a way to go. Just picked up "Rich Dad Poor Dad", as it seems to be everyone's favorite, and plan to continue my education before I really dive into REI. Thanks for reaching out, and if you have an suggested readings that aren't on the BP podcast or education I'd be interested in any recommendations.

First time poster to Bigger Pockets. I'm currently located in the Kansas City area,  but my job relocates me frequently, moving to South Bend Indiana in a month. My current plan is to do research in the markets here in the Midwest, specifically KC, Columbia Mo, St. Louis areas. Multifamily buy and hold properties is my short term goal with aspirations to get into flipping properties. Looking forward to sharing and hearing from others on this forum.
