First of all, thank you to everyone who has posted in the forums, those who have given time on the podcasts, and those behind th scenes at BP. You have all helped my wife and I make the decision to pursue real estate the way we have always wanted by sharing your experiences and allowing us to glean wisdom from the collective group.
We feel like a member of the tribe, even though we are just diving into BP. Your sharing has made us feel confident that if we come across a situation we have yet to face, we have friends to ask and fall back on.
