Wow, that seems like something that is shortsighted by our industry as a whole. Not having a online referral tool. It would make thevery process quick, easy and effective. Not to mention, one would be able to follow the referral process from introductions, through, listing, under contract, and close.

I find it hard to beleve that doesn't exist somewhere 

My cousin inherited two houses, in two different states, and plans to sell them both.

As a realtor, is there an online referral tool that I can use, to refer him to other Realtors or Brokers in those states? 

Perhaps one of the large national brokers have a tool??
