Zillow and Google Maps showed the house to be boarded up but when we went there The entire roof on the left half was gone Maybe it is more than we want to tackle right now

I'm talking about a normal mortgage path like a bank or mortgage company

Thanks OK, I am flying my Newbie flag way high right now. Can you get "approved" for a mortgage without actually having a property to get approved on?

@TImothy Talarico, i am actually quite surprised at the interest. there are continual equestrian events through just about the entire year. UoK is in lexington and let say .. their fans are just a bit fanatical. alumni come for football events and basketball events. some of the renters we have are their for family reunions. so.. when you go to get money out of the machine at the bank in your town.. do you go to the Fleetwood Mac? ... i crack myself up.. i am sure you have NEVER heard that before. (you have to be a little old to remember that ATM's used to be called MAC machines.... ANYWAY)... yes we should see what we have in common.. are the any REI clubs up your way... other than Philadelphia clubs, i have only seen reference to one in WestChester... but its website's calender is set to 2014... so i dont know think it is active.

@Ayodeji Kuponiyi, thank you for your kind words!

I currently have a bucket strapped to my chin to contain the drool.
