Phone Call with Citi Bank.

I requested a supervisor as suggested in the link above.  They appeared to be familiar what I was asking for but said that there is no way to "push" an update out to the bureuas.  Their process is as follows:

My billing cycle ends July 2nd the next day for statements are available that I can provide to my lender.  A week after the cycle ends, July 9th in this example, credit bureau reporting occurs.

I found a link that appears to say that you can request some credit card companies to update your credit early.

I am applying for a couple of HELOCs, but my lender told me that I needed to finally get around to paying down my credit card balances instead of locking in low rates with my cash.  I am kind of on a time crunch and for this lender a screen shot won't do it has to be via a credit report showing that I paid my credit card balances down.  I know your score is updated every month, but how long does it take for your credit card balance to be upated?  The lender made it sound like the larger banks, i.e. Citi, update more quickly.

@Guillaume D. How awesome and thank you for sharing the story!  So many people think "I can't because I don't have money".  This is not only inspirational to anyone with or without money, it is a counter argument against those limiting beliefs of "I can't" that so many of us carry with us!

Keep going and Congrats!

Let us know what your find Sarah.  I would be curious to hear if companies do something like this.  i.e.  PMs without a annual lease and agreement, and cleaners that can turnover properties.  I have PMs and Cleaners, but not in the middle like this.  Curious what it would cost if you found someone.

Did you get a solid answer on this question?

I am looking in the same state. My homebase is in Colorado. Colorado lets me hold out of state real estate in a Colorado LLC, but I need to check on the other end if TN allows it.

My name is Mark Cadle and I kind of lucked accidentally into Real Estate Rentals.  Lol  I bought the Disney story and built a 4 bedroom house in my early 20s only to find that I was living there alone still in my late 20s.  I joined the school of hard knocks education in rentals and built a great team as I traveled for work in 2009.  I devoured whatever I could find on finance, real estate, investing, tax laws, etc.

I bought my beautiful condo in 2011 while rates were low, under market value and carried both properties through the recession seeing a HUGE return and everything became clear.  My team was incredible and expanding!  The numbers were simple.  I began to expand rapidly before this boom in CO real estate in 2016 / 2017.

Now I am expanding the team of professionals that I work with, my rentals and the cities I am investing in.  Looking for more information as markets and rules do change over time.  Would love to make connections; learn from you and share what I know thus far.
