@Scott MartinsonThanks for the info! I just started reading Rich Dad Poor Dad last week and I'm about 2/3 of the way through.  I've been taking a good amount away from it.  Who wrote Millionaire Real Estate Investor?

The podcasts are helpful as well.  I started out listening more to stock market investing podcasts and stumbled across this site sort of through the Afford Anything blog by Paula Pant.

Thanks Daniel and Tim! Do you know of any great resources for local education in the real estate investment business? I've been doing a little reading and listening to different podcasts, but obviously I need to learn a lot more about this market.
