@Steve Horvath @Justin Sumulong

Sounds like we have a network brewing! I'd love to meet and talk and bounce ideas off each other. Keep each other motivated and pushing forward. I'll go ahead and do a colleague request!

Hello Bigger Pockets!!

My name is Mark Rustin, and I am an architecture professional living in Chicago, IL. I work downtown and am in the process of completing my Architect's license. I have a burning desire to run screaming from the corporate world, and a daily growing passion for investing in my own future and self worth.

I want to focus on the buy-and-hold strategy in multifamily homes to gain simultaneous skills in management, business, and construction. My goal is 10 units and a strong network before moving into flipping properties. I have been making huge strides to change how I budget and save money, and have immersed myself in absorbing any knowledge I can about real estate investing.

With that I have to admit that my questions greatly outweigh my solutions right now. I'm seeking out networking and ready to get my feet wet!

Please say hello!
