Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $5,000

This is a Single Family Home, I still currently live in with a roommate. I plan on staying in this property for a year and then plan on renting it out to military members around the area.

How did you finance this deal?

How did you add value to the deal?

Added carperts.
