I agree with Sharon, but have one point to add. You may want to verify with your state laws to see if there is any regulations or stipulations in regards to probate sales.

Richard Low, the short answer is Yes. In the real estate market, you must be willing to change your approach to acquisitions. If you stick with one method, as soon as the market changes, you will have a severe lack of inventory.

Hello All,
I am new to this site, so I'll start off with my introduction. I work for Bakerson LLC and wholesaler in the Phoenix metro area. We have been in business for over 10 years. We deal mostly in single family homes. Over the past 10 years we have built a large network of partners and clients. Here is to the next 10 years!
