Hello all, 

I am just starting out in the REI world and I am looking for recommendations for a CPA who is knowledgable in real estate investing. I live just outside of Flint, MI so anything within about a 2 hour radius of that would be great.

I am also just getting started as well and I'm just 2 books in. I read Brandon Turner's rental property investing book as well and enjoyed it. I just finished How To Invest In Real Estate by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin and it was really informative. They touch on numerous different ways to invest other than just rentals, although they cover that as well. Then they use real life examples from guests they've had on their podcast which is great because then you can go back and listen to those full episodes.
