Dallas is undergoing a ton of gentrification throughout the city. Corporate companies from California are bringing their headquarters here meaning more housing is needed for their employees. I’ve never seen so many apartment complexes, and new housing developments built so quickly. Definitely a hot market!

IM TRYING TO SUBMIT MY LIST TO BE SKIP TRACED BUT WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE USED THE BATCH SKIP TRACING FORMAT? MY QUESTION IS...FOR THE PROPERTY THAT NEEDS TO BE SKIP TRACED, DOES THAT NEED THE CITY AND ZIP ALSO OR IS THAT JUST THE FOR THE MAILING ADDRESS? 

THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER EITHER, SO IM NOT LOOKING TO SUBMIT IMPROPER INFORMATION THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR. PLEASE HELP

Hello friends!

I’m looking for a software or useful tool these days to help track home owners phone numbers. We drive for dollars and find the person who owns the home however trying to find a phone number for them has been the biggest obstacle so far. Any recommendations?

@Ronald Rohde thanks for your comment. I was planning on using it for agriculture purposes until I can find a commercial buyer however the tricky part I think would be the zoning, maintenance, and getting the city to do their part and approve it (all in a perfect world). Plus your mention of “land is not liquid” makes me reconsider this idea lol

Considering purchasing some land in TX. Future developments look promising. Any advice about ROI on this idea?
